Steve currently resides in Toronto, where he operates McD Wealth Management Inc, a Life Insurance & Financial Planning Advisory firm. Steve holds the following professional designations, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Financial Management Advisor (FMA), Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI), Elder Planning Counsellor (EPC).
Aaron Moses represents the Caribbean credit union movement as a director of the World Confederation of Credit Unions (WOCCU). Moses has been a director of CCCU for the past seven years and is a past president. CCCU represents 2.5 million members in 287 credit unions in 17 countries across the Caribbean with approximately US$6 billion in assets.
Prior to joining the CCCU board, Moses served as president of the Grenada Public Service Cooperative Credit Union and president of the Grenada Cooperative League for a period of 12 years consecutively. He has been a credit union member for the past 36 years.
Moses has considerable public, NGO and private sector experience serving at the parliamentary, policy, leadership, advocacy and managerial levels in government, development banking, manufacturing and telecommunications.
He is currently a partner in Go Blue Inc, a Management Consulting and Training Company.
Moses is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the University of Missouri and has received technical and certificate training in many areas. He holds a bachelor's degree in management, an MSc in telecommunications regulation and policy and an MBA.
Sabine U. O'Hara is the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Urban Sustainability and Environmental Sciences (CAUSES) and Land-grant Programs for the University of the District of Columbia (UDC). As Dean of CAUSES, she is responsible for academic, research and community outreach programs in the tradition of land-grant universities, and is leading UDC’s efforts to build a cutting-edge model for Urban Agriculture and Urban Sustainability that improves the quality of life and economic opportunity for urban populations.
Dr. O'Hara earned a doctorate in environmental economics and a master's degree in agricultural economics from the University of Göttingen, Germany. She serves on the board of directors of several national and international organizations including as past president of the International Society for Ecological Economics, International Advisory Board member of King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah, and editorial board member of several academic journals. Dr. O’Hara is a respected author, researcher and higher education executive, and is well known for her expertise in sustainable economic development, global education and executive leadership.
Gillian Marcelle, PhD is a senior leader in economic development and international business with a proven track record in attracting investment to emerging markets. She is currently the managing member of Resilience Capital Ventures LLC, an advisory firm
in the blended finance space and serves as a non-Executive Director of Tafari Capital, an innovative fintech start-up in Joburg, South Africa. Her finance background includes development finance with the International Finance Corporation, as well as, equities and
capital markets with JP Morgan Chase. She has also advised the United Nations on impact investment and innovation for the benefit of the global South. In July 2018, she completed a contract as the Executive Director of the UVI RTPark, a specialist economic development agency for the US Virgin Islands. In this role, she successfully
transformed the organization; doubling the number of technology and knowledge based investors in three years and placing focus on deriving social investment contributions
from the firms benefiting from generous tax incentives. A global citizen with wide networks and various communities of practice drawn from her personal and professional
connections in Washington DC., London, Johannesburg and Trinidad & Tobago. Her educational background includes earning degrees in Economics from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, and the Kiel Institute of World Economics, an MBA with a
specialization in high technology management from the George Washington University and a doctorate in innovation policy from the Science and Technology Policy Research
Unit, SPRU, University of Sussex. For her scholarly work, she is an affiliated researcher at the Tata Center for Technology and Design, MIT, Cambridge MA.
